[Nexus-developers] NeXus java bindings

This is a request for someone who understands autotools better to make the java bindings more automated. Currently the autoconf stuff assumes that java is in /usr/local/java which is rarely the case. Would someone please change it so it searches for jni.h and adds that to the include path. There is also a java library that must be referenced in the linking stage.
