[Nexus-developers] NeXus and cygwin

You should now be able to build nexus on cygwin - I couldn't find any
pre-compiled HDF4 binaries so I have put the ones I made at

 

http://nexus.isis.rl.ac.uk/kits/cygwin/

 

(I believe HDF5 doesn't yet work under cygwin)

 

The latest kit from

 

http://nexus.isis.rl.ac.uk/kits/nexus-latest.tar.gz

 

builds OK with

 

./configure --without-java

 

To build from CVS see README.cygwin first as you need to adjust your
PATH to pick up the "devel" rather than "stable" autotools binaries
