I'm in favor of all lowercase names for executables. Guess that I've
been "unixed".

What about NXdir too? Also we need to clarify case in the naming of
executables: "NXbrowse/NXtoDTD/NXtranslate" v
"nxbrowse/nxtodtd/nxtranslate" - the former look nicer but the latter
are easier to type.
