[Nexus-developers] Updaes to nexusformat.org

The NeXus library code seems to be happy in subversion and I've added
instructions for accessing and browsing it at:

http://www.nexusformat.org/SubversionAccess

The new TRAC issue reporting system is also taking shape and can be
found from the links at

http://www.nexusformat.org/IssueReporting

Moving the mailing lists is awaiting an update on our central site
server so that it will not think user at nexusformat.org sent via the RAL
mailer is an attempt to relay spam
 
To submit files back into subversion, or create issue tickets, you need
to be logged into either system. To make things easy I have set both
TRAC and subversion to authenticate off of the MediaWiki passwords;
however I had to change mediawiki's encryption algorithm to do this,
which may mean you are forced to do a one-off password reset.
