[NeXus-tech] [NeXusDefinitions] #15: Generate XML Schema forNeXus definitions

Attached is a proposed NXdetector_group NXDL specification (it validates).
Perhaps it should extend NXdetector instead of NXobject.

Should we add it to base_classes as Freddie suggests?
