[NeXus-tech] NX_WAVELENGTH and NX_ATOM_DISTANCE

We are just going through the new definitions and we came across
NX_WAVELENGTH and NX_ATOM_DISTANCE.
Do we want to think about merging these in the future, even maybe with
NX_LENGTH!

Just something to think about...
