Hi,

The web doxygen html is now fixed - it was due to the latex code for the
manual failing to build and then prompting for an answer; as it was
running in batch, there was nobody there to give an answer :-) I've
commented out the latex pdf building for now as the invalid latex is
generated by Doxygen itself and so not easy to fix.
