[NeXus-tech] propose change to NXDL xchema

Hi,
A happy new year to you all. Weather been a bit bad here so this is my
first chance to properly catch up on messages.
The type of definition was inferred by the directory the definition
resided in - the Makefile processed each directory in turn and could
choose to pass on this information about the definition type to the xslt
engine and so have it embedded in the final output. Adding an NXDL
category attribute means there is now a duplication of information and
thus a potential source of ambiguity - we need to be careful that the
directory and attribute are always consistent. I'm in favour of adding
an attribute, but we should also adjust the Makefile to perform the
attribute/directory consistency check.
Regards,
Freddie
