[NeXus-tech] NIAC 2010 meeting minutes

I've missed the real content and intent of the "interpretation" 
attribute.  Was hoping for that in the minutes.

Can someone jump in with a bit more content?  Currently:
  <xs:attribute name="interpretation" use="optional"  type="nx:NX_CHAR">
    <xs:annotation>
          <xs:documentation xmlns="http://docbook.org/ns/docbook">
            add interpretation attribute to datasets, as discussed at 
2010NIAC
            <!-- TODO interpretation attribute needs a better docstring -->
          </xs:documentation>
    </xs:annotation>
  </xs:attribute>
