[NeXus-tech] NeXus: description of cylindrical detector

Matthias:

Let me forward this to the NeXus Tech Committee who can better respond 
to your questions.  Primarily, your question is:
       "What is the intention of the additional
        orientation entry in NXdetector?"

You also want to describe the shape and orientation of an internal 
region-of-interest (ROI) in the detector.  Rainer Gehrke also expressed 
the same need just recently.

I placed the TODO note in NXdetector.nxdl.xml that the documentation 
needs to be improved.  This is one of the items that needed improvement.
