[NeXus-tech] building NAPI with HDF5 1.8.6

Any problems building NAPI with HDF5 1.8.6?
Jeff is having problems building on Windows.

Also, the README for building NAPI for win32 is old and does not reflect 
use of modern tools.  Shows building HDF4 1.4.3 as latest.
