[NeXus-tech] front page links

I added a matlab subdirectory to the examples directory which implements BasicRead.py, BasicWrite.py and write_2_1.py. I didn't tie it into the manual.

File writing could be a little easier with a couple of helper functions. I already added h5link following the pattern of the other highlevel matlab functions, but I'll leave the task of writing a high level NeXus library to the matlab user community.

I checked it in against the wrong ref; should be Refs #138.

I modified the python example slightly so that it uses the numpy.loadtxt function to load two column data.

That URL points to the right place.
But the content there is deficient. Truly.
As a stop-gap until something real is written, I have provided links to
the various "simple" reader/writer pairs in NAPI, native HDF5, and h5py.

The matlab examples can be added to the manual once they are placed in
the <definitions>/trunk/manual/examples directory. Can you prepare a
matlab example that writes an HDF5 file?

Pete
