[NeXus-tech] NeXus 4.3 new and changed features

I've changes a typo and finished a sentence already on that page, but I do not want to make larger changes in parallel now.
One thing that changed in relation to the external links is mentioned in the NEWS file in the source repository (we should mirror these release notes there I think). Previously the API required you to create an empty group for an external link that would then have the link attribute added. This two step approach seemed not very useful (and dangerous) and would have required some back tracking in hdf5 were it is a one step process. Hence existing code needs to be changed, if it created external links (only to groups, for datasets that wasn't required IIRC - another reason for changing this).
