[NeXus-tech] nexus 4.3.0 windows kits

win64 test kits at http://download.nexusformat.org/kits/test/


*         nexus DLL is statically linked against HDF-4.2.8, HDF5-1.8.10 and mxml so no additional DLLS (other than msvc) required

*         the NXvalidate menu shortcut doesn't work at the moment, but if you browse to nxvalidate.bat that starts ok (assuming you have java installed!)

*         i'll put up a 32bit kit later today
