[NeXus-tech] New file, NXslit, and NXpinhole

Hi folks
  attached you find a new file from DESY. Please have a look if we got
it right (I am pretty sure that I missed something). 

In addition: I tried to finish NXslit and NXpinhole by adding fields
describing the position of those guys. May someone has a look on that if
I understood the CIF way correctly?
