Dear Pete,

Attached is a quick edit of the tex file I just pulled from the
repository. I am having trouble
with TexShop reading the revtex4 I just downloaded from the APS, so I am
not sure if this is
a good edit, yet. I also only seem to have read permission for the
repository. Rather than wait
until I can make a pdf, since you seem to have a working revtex and push
access, may I trouble
you to make a pdf and if it seems OK, to do the push?

In the meantime, who should I contact for push permission for user
yayahjb on github?

   Regards,
     Herbert
