[NeXus-tech] move the examples section in the manual

The "Examples" section in the manual seems out of place in its current 
location, after the few hundred pages of NXDL are listed.  Seems as if 
it should be placed earlier.

In the interest of keeping the User Guide as short as possible, is 
anyone opposed to *moving this part of the manual to its own chapter*, 
between the User Guide and the Reference Documentation?  That will 
change the chapter numbering (ref docs will move to chapter 3) after the 
insertion.

The web links from the nexusformat.org home page will not be changed by 
this revision of the manual.
