[NeXus-tech] nexus jenkins build server

The master and development branches of definitions on github are now being automatically built by jenkins, unfortunately I need a DNS registration before you can access the Jenkins URL and I'm not sure our computing people will do this before the new year. In the meanwhile, build status emails are posted to a mailing list where you can access posts (or join if you prefer) via http://lists.nexusformat.org/pipermail/nexus-buildserver/   Currently "development" builds, but "master" doesn't, but that should be fixed when pull request #350 is merged. Once the DNS registration is done I will setup GitHub authentication on Jenkins.
