[NeXus-tech] Open Tasks from the GitHub move

I've now changed the .rst in the definitions to reflect the move to github regarding source code workflow and tickets.

Hi all,

I've changed http://wiki.nexusformat.org/IssueReporting to point to GitHub.

http://www.nexusformat.org/ needs the "Browse Source" and "Browse Definitions" links adjusted. I believe I am not allowed to do that. Could someone help, please?

The mailing lists for code and def tickets and commits can be retired, as GitHub provides a different mechanism for that. Correct?

My assumption would be that the automatic build of the documentation/definitions no longer works. Is someone working on that?
This is slightly unfortunate as http://download.nexusformat.org/doc/html/issues.html#issuereporting mentions trac exclusively and now cannot easily be updated.
Mailing lists chapter would need trimming down.

The "secret" manually generated HTML pages http://download.nexusformat.org/ (and children) still reference trac. I would really wish we could get rid of these (simply integrating that into the wiki would work, right?).

What have I forgotten?
