Hi,

I've added in a basic CPack installer https://github.com/nexusformat/code/pull/413 - there is a generated windows kit at  http://download.nexusformat.org/kits/test/

You may need to install the visual studio 2015 runtime to get an executable to run - CPack is supposed to bundle the required system DLLs, but something is missing on at least one of my test machines
