[NeXus-tech] technical committee semi-retirement

Since the idea was to allow more people to participate, we need to give them some warning. So I’ll go with Mark K’s suggestion of having the next hangout on the 14th, an hour earlier than usual.

I’ll give a notice to the general mailing list soon.

We’ll need to find a good way of handling meeting invites. Sending them through the general list does not seem like a wise idea. We want them to know but not force them to delete an appointment very other week. Suggestions welcome.
(Ideas: Keep tech mailing list for that, do not send calendar appointments, have a public google calendar)

Cheers,

Tobias

The majority of the time was spent on problems with the documentations (clarifications) and discussions around the development of the standard. That sort of content would benefit from a wider distribution, so that interested parties are aware of what is going on and can join in.
