[NeXus-tech] rotation increment and beam center in NeXus

Dear Andreas

Quite understand the urgency!

>From my perspective am ok with pixels for beam center. For the gonio angle
values please could we have:

Omega
Kappa
Phi
Two theta

Since these are the names we use in minicbf at the moment... With all the
end, range & similar values.

Really the names are not important but the space to put the values in is!
Similar capabilities to minicbf would be good...
