FTP site shift

As I warned last week, we have moved the FTP directory containing the NeXus
API from its temporary home to a new semi-permanent home.  It is now at
<ftp://hydra.pns.anl.gov/pub/NeXus>.  The URLs on the web pages have been
updated accordingly.  We don't yet have an updated version of the API so
the files are the same as before.

I am away for the next week so there will be no further updates to the WWW
or FTP sites until I return on August 25.  However, if you have any
problems or questions, please don't hesitate to send it to the list.  There
are a number of other list subscribers who know more about the API than I
do and who should be able to answer any questions.

If you're going to Toronto, I'll see you there.
