[Nexus] NeXus Telco; detector elements email vote?

Sorry, due to the power loss on site yesterday there was some confusion (and lack of core services). 
I'd be willing to run a vote, but since we are still throwing quite a large number of suggestions around, I'd prefer to narrow the choice down first in a non-binding decision and then at least have the option to discuss the preferred (one or two) alternatives in detail for another couple of weeks. 

Main reason for that is that there are (according to Marl's summary) only two of the five proposals fit the requirements. Two are existing solutions that wouldn't need a vote for them to be available (but we could still propose them as a solution to DECTRIS.

I'd prepare a show-of-hands type of vote for all options in Mark's DCsummary.txt for tomorrow. Given that it wouldn't be binding we could have a short voting period of a few days until Tuesday or Wednesday next week?

I don't want to force that on people, so speak up if you prefer a different approach. If I don't hear anything I'll go ahead with it.

apparently we have a problem with our teleconferences. This one was also
no success due to lack of participation. DECTRIS keeps asking about a
resolution about the module issue. I think we have enough workable
suggestions
to choose from. I now suggest to have a e-mail vote. If you feel that
this is not
the right procedure and we need more discussion please speak up within
the next
1-2 days. If you have another proposal please present it within the same
time interval.

Otherwise I would prepare the e-mail vote from my summary. Tobias, are
you willing to run it?
