[Nexus] type 3He added to NXpolarizer? [SEC=UNCLASSIFIED:For-Official-Use-Only]

I suggest adding a polarizer of type 3He to the NXpolarizer definition.
We are using a polarized 3He system from ILL for neutron polarization.
