[Nexus] 2020 NeXus Code Camp

FYI: I setup the Blue Jeans teleconference for 15 minutes earlier than 
the actual start time (9 am CST).  We expect that 30 minutes or so might 
be enough for the daily opening session.  Then another daily closeout 
session about 8 hours later (5 pm CST).  The allowed time is much longer 
than we anticipate needing.  Everyone (up to 100 participants) is 
welcome to attend.
