[Nexus] Using NXxas for XMCD experiments

Dear Steve,

Yes, I agree with you. It would be probably 'enough' to add the fields 
*flux *and *incident_polarization *of the magnetic field from NXbeam to 
NXsample. NXbeam is for the incident photons.
