 The NXDL {{{<doc>}}}  element presently does not allow any additional
 formatting, such as HTML or DocBook.  Some documentation, such as the
 {{{/description/doc}}} for {{{NXdetector}}}, obviously could benefit from
 additional formatting.

 Provide the mechanism in the XSLT transform from NXDL to DocBook to allow
 DocBook formatting.
