[Nexus] Extracting data from NeXus to SPEC files

[freddie.akeroyd at stfc.ac.uk]

It's now part of the NeXus distribution, but you can also download it separately at http://svn.nexusformat.org/code/trunk/contrib/applications/NXextract/

If you configure the NeXus kit using   --with-contrib     it should get built automatically
