[NeXus-committee] TOF raw file examples

There are now links to example files compliant with the TOF raw file definition available from the wiki <http://www.nexus.anl.gov/mediawiki/index.php?title=TOFRaw> in the introduction section. Please take the next couple of weeks to review the definition as well as the files. My intent is to close the open discussion early next year and vote on it before the NIAC meeting in February.
