[NeXus-committee] Versioning the NeXus definitions

Hi Pete,

you are right we need to do Version+1 to distinguish this new version 
from previous ones. We could call it 1.0.1 or 1.1.0 or 2.0.0 as you 
suggest. All suggestions are fine with me.
