Ray,
All of docbook is done through stylesheets (xslt) to generate most
everything. In addition you can add a stylesheet assuming that Freddie
configures the wiki to pick it up correctly. I think the better thing to
do is work out a stylesheet for the html generated from docbook that way
all of the pages get the improved formatting.
