This should be filled in by every participating facility. This questionaire is also a good place to let us know additional topics for the NIAC meeting.

* Number of files/beamlines/instruments producing NeXus files
* Number of files/beamlines/instruments producing NeXus files in 2 years time
* Barriers found for increasing NeXus use
* Priorities for the NeXus community should be
