[NeXus-committee] Votes for membership renewals

We have a number of members to renew in the near future.

I've emailed everyone that is already expired. So far I have two letters of support from Jens-Uwe Hoffmann and Pete Jemian.
So here goes the confirmation vote for both of them and I'll organise another batch of votes for the next lot.
