Hi Andy and Claudio,

The NIAC meeting is (semi) public. And participation in discussion by "observers" is possible and happens frequently. Just for voting id exclusively for elected members. So yes, Claudio should plan to come (if he can make it), even for the case that the NIAC should not follow a facility nomination. Which in the past has never happened to my knowledge. And I do not see any special circumstances here.
I would hope that gives you as much confidence as possible in the absence of a guarantee.
