compression

  High,

  I now added (if I got cvs right) the modified NAPI sources for
  compression to the repository. I did the C, and F77 ones, I'am
  mystified by the F90 stuff and do not have  the time to go to the
  bottom of that. Following Freddy's suggestion I changed the defines
  to NX_COMP_LZW, NX_COMP_RLE and NX_COMP_HUF. I also modified the test
  programs to write one compressed data set. 

  A word of warning: HDF4.1r3 seems to be required, I got strange errors
  with HDF4.1r1 and compression. I also had to link explicitly against the
  jpeg library coming with the HDF library on my DigitalUnix 4.0D system. 
  There was a conflict with a system shared library. As this may be
  special to my setup I did not put that into the general Makefile.

  I also updated the NXdict sources as I added a few more features to it
  during  time, fixed a couple of bugs and finally added compression
  support to it, too.
