Workshop reminder

I have only received one reply confirming that Sept 11-13 is OK for the
workshop dates.  I guess that some of you may be on vacation (or holiday),
but I would like to be able to confirm the dates precisely in time for those
overseas to get decent flight tickets, so please reply as soon as you are
able, even if to say you can't come.
