[Nexus-developers] Version 2.0 release

This afternoon (US CDT), I will do the final web preparations for the
release of version 2.0 and announce it to the NeXus mailing list.  Thanks to
those who have checked it out, and thanks to Freddie for all the cleaning up
of the Fortran, Windows, and VMS versions.

If you've found any problems, please let the list know as soon as possible.
