Apologies for another release - a typing mistake caused all the tests to
fail immediately in 4.2rc3 due to a version string mismatch.

API version 4.2rc4 is now available for testing from
http://download.nexusformat.org/kits/nx42testing.shtml - please record
the results of any tests at http://www.nexusformat.org/NeXus_42_Testing
