[NeXus-tech] NXDL types

I think we need NX_BINARY too - this is always a "uint8" and so more
restrictive than just NX_UINT

I want this as a separate thread on the topic of types. I thought about
it a bit and have decided that the type for groups should be constrained
to start with "NX" (already enforced by the NAPI). For the field types I
was going to constrain the list to be 

*	NX_INT 
*	NX_UINT 
*	NX_FLOAT 
*	NX_NUMBER - any of the above 
*	NX_BOOLEAN 
*	NX_CHAR 
*	NX_DATE_TIME - alias for ISO8601


Let me know if this is not acceptable.
