[NeXus-tech] What kind of NeXus data file is it?

This is the paper I wrote for NOBUGS 2008 and haven't got round to
submitting yet (as it still needs a bit of tidying up). There are some
ideas on the matter mentioned below in the "Extending definitions"
section.
