[NeXus-tech] Creating a sample nexus file from NXDL

I've added an xslt file called nxdl2nx.xsl to the xslt directory in
the definitions. It can be used to create a NeXus XML file from NXDL via

    xsltproc nxdl2nx.xsl file.nxdl.xml > test.xml

and then nxconvert can be run on test.xml to get HDF4/HDF5

It currently ignores additional attributes specified in fields, but i
can add that later. Enumerations are handled Ok (it picks the first item
as the value to use), but e.g. units="NX_LENGTH" is propagated as
"NX_LENGTH" rather than being converted into say "metre" so the nexus
file generated may not currently validate against the original NXDL (but
reads OK in a browser)
