[NeXus-tech] NeXus definitions 3.1.0 kits

A wiki page has been created to report your test results.  At the very 
least, please check the kits which have not yet been tested by others. 
(At this time, those are .dmg and .rpm.)

If no adverse results are reported, I'll tag the NXDL 3.1 release one 
week from now (Tuesday, 2012-05-22).
