[Nexus] Relocation of NeXus Mailing List

The NeXus mailing list has been moved from the anl.gov server to the new
nexusformat.org server; future postings for this list should be
addressed to nexus at nexusformat.org rather than to nexus at anl.gov. The new
server is using the mailman package as before, so any individual options
you may have set on your list membership (e.g. digest message delivery)
will have been preserved - if you wish to view or modify any of these
settings you should visit
