[Nexus] Next Telco and Code Camp

NOBUGS 2018 is going to be at BNL/NSLSII. But since they have not a representative on the NIAC yet, APS may be a good option.
So for 2018, we’re in good shape, thanks Pete!

Just need a code camp location for 2017. Anyone?

APS offered to host NOBUGS in 2018.  We could also host NeXus.  It would have to avoid September and the first half of October as I am also hosting SAS2018 in early October.
