Thanks a lot for all your replies.
With the answer of Ray I can continue working, because I really was
stuck here. Everything else of the beamline is modeled so far. I also
have added the fields for slope error and the size of the mirror.
I think I asked a bit wrong, I just wanted to know how you were doing
things, so I could use the same way, same vocabulary and units. I
understand the part of the fields might be something for the NIAC. --> I
will discuss this with Jens-Uwe Hoffmann.
About the application definition: I saw NXarchive wich is for ICAT,
thats why I thought there might be a definition/policy for simulations
or calibration/commissioning in some facility. I know this is out of
scope of the nexusformat, but might be useful for validation of experiments.
I will discuss further with Jens-Uwe Hoffmann.
