[Nexus] NXdata needs additional information for data to be plotted accurately

I have raised a new issue on the Github definitions repo to add additional information to NXdata so that it can be used to plot histograms, rather than just point-like data https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/issues/1527   

I have a tentative definition ready that could be pushed as a pull request, but I’d like to get some feedback first and make some iterations from those, so I’m hoping circulating it on the mailing list gets the right eyes on it!
