[Nexus] Release of beta version of NeXpy 2.0.0

I have just uploaded beta versions of both NeXpy and the nexusformat packages (v2.0.0b1). I would welcome any feedback on the new functionality as well as any issues you may encounter, before the official release of v2.0.0 is finalized.

Significant new features are the ability to:


  1.  Rotate 2D plots so that cuts and projections can be made along non-orthogonal axes. 1D cuts can also be made along arbitrary directions by dragging with the Shift key depressed.

  2.  Validate any group in the NeXpy tree against its base class or, in the case of NXentry groups, its application definition. The NeXus NXDL files are now embedded in the nexusformat package, although paths to different definitions directories can be specified so that it is possible to test changes to the XML files before creating a PR.

  3.  Enable/disable and/or reorder plugin menus that are discovered as entry points declared in third-party packages.
