[Nexus] Fork of UDUNITS

Hi George,

Thanks for sharing this unfortunate news with us, and for taking the 
initiative and creating this GitHub fork.

I've created a NeXus issue that captures this information:

     https://github.com/nexusformat/definitions/issues/1565

It will be interesting to see what is the reaction from the UDUNITS user 
community, and what we (NIAC) can contribute.

Therefore, issue #1565 could also give us a place where we can 
disseminate news about UDUNITS, and to coordinate the NIAC's related 
activities (if any).
