I've consolidated the list action items from the previous two meetings.
The completed items from the ILL meeting have already been removed.
However, they have not been removed from the LBL meeting.

Please visit <http://www.nexusformat.org/NIACActionItems> this week and
remove items that are already done. Early next week I will move them
into trac as appropriate.
